The Graduate Certificate in Teaching offers an efficient pathway to initial teacher licensure for candidates who have already earned a bachelor's degree and a 2.70 or higher overall undergraduate GPA. Candidates with lower GPAs should apply as a Post-baccalaureate Pre-Teacher Licensure Pathway (GPA forgiveness) to become eligible for the Graduate Certificate in Teaching program.
