Charlotte’s Online Graduate Programs earn high national rankings

In the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings, UNC Charlotte’s graduate programs earned significant national recognition. The College of Health and Human Services, Cato College of Education, Belk College of Business and the William States Lee College of Engineering all saw programs highlighted, demonstrating the university’s high-quality academic experience.
2026 Rankings include:
- No. 22 for master’s in nursing
- No. 18 for master’s in education (tied for No. 1 in North Carolina)
- No. 12 for master’s in special education (tied for No. 1 in North Carolina)
- No. 56 for master’s in engineering (up seven from last year)
- No. 136 for master’s in business administration (MBA) (up 54 from last year)
With 54 fully online graduate programs, Charlotte provides flexible pathways for learners seeking to advance their careers or complete their degrees on their own schedules.
